Galvanized Web Forge Balustrade Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a complete set of shop drawings for a galvanized, Web Forge-style balustrade system that will be installed around commercial development substation . The look is deliberately industrial and rugged, so the drawings must capture the Web Forge balustrade requirements, galvanized finish. drawings to be referenced from attached drawings #1 Substation --- drawing A21-01 - DETAIL A42-02 high lighted in green
Scope
• Produce fully dimensioned plans, elevations, sections and connection details for every run, return, stair and landing.
• Include fixing plates, weld symbols, bolt sizes, post centre's, panel schedules and any expansion or splice joints.
• Show how the balustrade interfaces with concrete slabs and steel stringers already in place.
• Indicate surface treatment (hot-dip galvanizing) fabricator has everything needed for ordering.
• All drawings must satisfy typical commercial-building safety requirements for hand-rail height, loadings and gap limits.
Deliverables
1. PDF set ready for approval.
2. Editable DWG files (AutoCAD 2018 or earlier).
3. A concise material / cutting list referenced to the drawings.
4. 4 day delivery from acceptance of job and site measurements given
Acceptance criteria
The package is considered complete when dimensions, sections and fixing details are clear enough for a fabricator to manufacture without extra RFIs, and the layout aligns with the industrial Web Forge aesthetic specified above.
