EU GMP Parenteral and OSD (Tablet’s ) Plant Layout - 27/09/2025 02:35 EDT
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete layout for a small-volume parenteral facility that fully meets current EU GMP (Annex 1) expectations. The footprint is limited, so every square metre has to work hard; maximizing space utilization is the main design driver.
The layout must clearly integrate the following functional blocks (Parenteral):
• Sterilization area
• Packaging area
• Quality-control laboratory
• Warehouse for raw and packing materials
(OSD)
Warehouse RM & PM
Granulation 1 block
Compression 2 machine
Coating 2 machine manual coated
Blister packing 2 Machine
Secondary packing area
Finish goods store

Your task is to translate my process outline into an optimised 2D (AutoCAD or compatible) plan, accompanied by a concise design brief that explains room classifications, personnel / material flows, HVAC segregation and utility corridors. Please show all ISO clean-room classes, airlocks and critical equipment envelopes so a validation engineer can pick the drawing up straight away.
Deliverables expected within one month of kickoff:
1. First-pass layout and brief for review
2. Final layout incorporating one revision round
3. Source CAD files plus PDF for easy circulation
I will consider the job complete once the drawing satisfies our internal EU GMP checklist and demonstrates logical, unidirectional flow without wasted space. If you have recent experience with sterile injectable plants, I’d love to see a sample of your work when you bid.
