Furniture Product Detailed Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to move an existing furniture concept into full-scale production and need a SolidWorks specialist who can own the detailed design phase. The piece is built primarily from sheet-metal components, so accurate flat-pattern development, bend allowances, weld points, and hardware call-outs must be dialed in before we cut any steel.
What I will hand over
• Clean concept models and rough sketches that capture the overall look, dimensions, and functional requirements.
• Material preferences, load targets, and any supplier standards I must follow.
What I need back
• Parametric 3D models in SolidWorks 2021 or newer, built to manufacturing best practices.
• Fully dimensioned 2D drawings with GD&T where appropriate, exploded views, and a concise bill of materials.
• Native files plus neutral formats (STEP, DXF for laser cutting).
• Renders from SolidWorks Visualize that clearly communicate finish and assembly order.
I value fast, clear communication and will review files within hours so you can keep moving. Revisions are on me until the design is production-ready. If you’ve taken furniture from screen to shop floor before, let’s get started.
