2D Furnished Apartment Layout Design

Project Description:

We are looking for a designer to create 2D furnished layouts (Furniture Layout) for nine (9) residential apartments. The goal is to provide a clear and attractive visualization of how the interior spaces can be practically utilized, suitable for presentation to clients and investors.

Requirements:

. Prepare a 2D furnished layout for each apartment (including bedrooms, living room, majlis, kitchen, bathrooms, and balconies).
• Design must be based on the actual floor plan dimensions (DWG or PDF files will be provided).
• Show clear furniture placement (beds, sofas, dining table, wardrobes, small tables, etc.).
• Deliverables must include:
1. Colored PDF (ready for presentation).
2. Editable source file in PSD or SVG (open file format for future modifications).
• Furniture dimensions and placements should be realistic.
• Ability to apply revisions based on feedback.

Deliverables:
• 2D furnished layout for each apartment.
• Final files in PDF + (PSD or SVG) formats.

Skills Required:
• Experience with AutoCAD or architectural software to understand floor plans.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator to create professional colored layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time.
