I have a dimensioned 2D floor plan for a three-bedroom house and need a complete interior design with a focus on modern minimalism and functional layouts. The goal is a clean, calm, and clutter-free environment with practical furniture placement.

The house layout includes:
- 3 Bedrooms
- 1 Living Room
- 1 Reception + Dining (open area)

Scope & Deliverables (Included in Base Price):
- 3D Design & Rendering based on the floor plan
- Limited high-resolution renders:
Bedrooms: 2 renders per room
Living Room: 2 renders
Reception + Dining (open area): 3 renders
Renders should clearly show furniture placement, basic materials, and spatial layout
- 2D furniture layout per room (placement and sizing only)

Additional Requirements:
- Color palette must be cohesive and modern
- Functional, clutter-free layouts with clear flow between rooms
- Room-by-room workflow is preferred (priority: bedrooms → living room → reception + dining)

Proposal Requirements:
- Fixed price or milestone breakdown - All costs must be included in the proposal; no hidden fees
- Timeline from concept to final files with Clear communication on milestones and progress.
- Portfolio link showing modern, functional interior projects
- Clarification on exactly what is included for the quoted price (renders, 2D layouts, source files, revisions)
