Full House Execution Drawings

I already have the rough hand-sketches of my house; now I need them translated into professional construction documents and visuals.

2D Drafting
• I want every floor plan drawn cleanly in AutoCAD, with clear dimensions, annotations, and a set of coordinated working drawings ready for the site team.

3D Rendering
• Please build the front elevation and overall massing in SketchUp, then supply photorealistic renders that show materials, colours, and lighting from key angles. Native .skp plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG outputs are required.

MEP Coordination
• Produce full electrical and plumbing layouts: switchboards, light points, conduit routes, pipe runs, fixtures, drainage lines—layered and fully coordinated with the architectural plans.

File Hand-over
DWG, PDF, and SKP files must be organised by sheet name, with print-ready A3/A1 sheets, a legend, and a brief note set so my contractor can pick them up without questions.
