Framing Plans: Office, Workshops, ADAJanice's

Job ID: 40390747

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’ve just signed the lease on an empty-shell building and now need detailed framing drawings so my contractor can build out four interior spaces: one small office, two workshop rooms (light manufacturing and woodworking), and a single-user ADA-compliant bathroom.

The plans must show wall locations, stud sizes, door and window openings, header details, and any blocking or bracing needed for light shop equipment. Please incorporate current ADA clearance requirements for the bathroom and specify the correct rough-in dimensions.

I prefer the drawings delivered in both PDF for permitting and an editable CAD format (DWG or Revit is fine) so my builder can pull measurements directly. A quick turnaround is ideal because the landlord’s deadline to start construction is approaching.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plan of the new rooms
• Wall framing elevations with materials call-outs
• ADA bathroom framing details and notes
• Digital files (PDF + CAD) ready for permit submission and contractor use
