Florida Boundary Survey for Legal Use
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Florida-licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper to prepare a boundary survey that will stand up to legal scrutiny. The parcel is located in Cutler Bay, Florida, and the finished plat will be filed with the county and supplied to my attorney and title company, so accuracy, proper seals, and adherence to Florida Minimum Technical Standards are essential.
I have a old survey from 2005

I need a new Survey for the town to install a pergola,.
The main objective is clear-cut legal documentation: every property corner must be located and referenced, all record and apparent lines shown, and—most importantly—every existing easement identified and labeled. There are no active boundary disputes, but the easement information must be unambiguous.
Please allow for normal field work, research of public records, drafting, and delivery of the signed/sealed survey. I am comfortable with a turnaround of up to 30 days, though the sooner the better.
Deliverables
• Signed and sealed boundary survey plat (PDF + two hard copies)
• CAD or GIS file of the survey data (DWG or SHP)
• Brief notes or report summarizing any easements found, with book/page references
