2D Floor Plan & 3D Elevation Design

I'm looking for an experienced architect or designer to create a detailed 2D floor plan and 3D elevation for a single-story residential building. The design needs to be created from scratch, as I do not have any existing drafts or sketches.

Requirements:
- Detailed 2D floor plan with structural details
- 3D elevation view
- Single-story residential design
- Creative and functional layout
- Vastu compliance
- North Facing
- RCC compliance
- Columns and beams must be hidden

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and regulations
- Experience in creating both 2D and 3D architectural representations
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in the field

Please provide samples of previous work, particularly in residential projects.
