2D Floor Plan Edits & 3D Views

I'm looking for a skilled designer to edit some 2D floor plans and generate 3D views only, no renders. The project needs to be completed within a few hours.

The 2D floor plans require the following edits:
- Change room layouts
- Add dimensions and labels
- Modify existing elements
- Add external and outdoor features

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software or similar
- Strong understanding of architectural design
- Experience in creating accurate and detailed floor plans
- Ability to generate realistic 3D views from 2D plans
