• One complete 2D floor plan for the ground floor and each of the two upper floors
• Separate furniture layout layer (helps me visualise scale)
• Clear dimensions and room labels on every sheet
• A brief design note explaining your concept and any key assumptions
Submit your first draft and let’s see how you’d turn this footprint into a comfortable, well-organised Community transformation site. I will hire atleast 3 best designers, after going through the drafts, to finalize the design and all required diagrams for the construction.
