First-Floor Timber Framing Plans

I already have architectural drawings for a 17 m × 7.3 m residence and now need the first-floor timber framing documented so my builder can mark, cut and assemble straight from the sheets. The set must follow AS 1684.4 and show every wall with enough dimensions, stud centres, lintel sizes, tie-downs and bracing notes to satisfy both the code and the site crew.

Because the builder only needs framing information, please leave out window and door schedules—basic framing details are all that’s required. You’ll receive the DWG/PDF floor plans as soon as we start; just overlay your framing, produce clear plans and elevations, and return the files in both editable (DWG) and print-ready (PDF) format.

Acceptance criteria:
• First-floor framing plan with full dimensions and grid references
• Wall elevations/sections showing stud, plate and lintel specification per AS 1684.4
• Bracing, tie-down and fixing notes referenced to the standard
• File delivery in DWG and PDF, ready for immediate issue to the builder
