I have an existing ground floor layout (40 × 30 ft) – the map is attached. I want to create a modern, attractive, and functional office layout on the first floor based on this footprint.

This office will be for an educational purpose, and I expect a professional interior + architectural plan that is both space-efficient and visually appealing.

• Total area: 40 × 30 ft
• Minimum 4 educational studios – each at least 9 × 8 ft
• 1 Director’s Office – modern design, functional workspace
• 1 Conference Room – accommodates small meetings/training
• 1 Staff Room – for working & break
• 1 Reception + Small Waiting Area – welcoming and functional
• Efficient corridor/walkway for smooth movement
• Proper lighting and ventilation planning
• Use modern and space-saving furniture layouts
• Provision for electrical points and networking
