Filipino Apartment Design & BOQ
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a Filipino architect or civil engineer to put together a full but straightforward design package for a small apartment project. The concept is already defined as “simple,” so the emphasis is on clear documentation rather than elaborate styling.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• 2-D floor plans that spell out room dimensions, suggested furniture layout, and logical traffic flow.
• Exterior elevations and at least two perspective renders to help me visualise massing and façade treatment.
• Coordinated structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings that line up perfectly with the architectural sheets.
• A complete bill of quantities covering materials, labour, and a concise cost estimate.
AutoCAD (or Revit, if you prefer) is fine for the drawings, but please deliver PDFs plus editable source files. Accuracy, neat layering, and adherence to Philippine building codes are non-negotiable.
