Fenestration CAD Drafting & Visualization

I need a detail-oriented CAD technician to translate my fenestration concepts into clear, production-ready files. The work revolves around three core tasks:

• 2D drafting – accurate plans, elevations, sections and shop drawings, set up in AutoCAD with proper layering, dimensioning and title blocks.
• 3D modeling – solid, clean geometry that can be used for clash checks and further detailing.
• Renderings and visualizations – realistic stills that show frame profiles, glazing, hardware and finishes so stakeholders can approve the design at a glance.

Everything must be created in AutoCAD / Revit / Solidworks ; please work in DWG format and keep your model and drawing standards consistent so I can integrate them into my existing library without re-work. Deliverables are the native DWG files plus exported PDFs/PNG renders. I will supply sketches, manufacturer data and any field measurements as soon as we start, and we can handle reviews over annotated PDFs or screen-share sessions.
