2D Factory Floor Plan Design

I need an architect to design a 2D floor plan for a 2.24-acre adhesive factory. The plan should include:

- 4 factory sheds:
- Raw materials
- WBA (Work in Progress)
- HM with admin
- Expansion area
- Utilities
- Worker housing for 30
- Logistics areas (roads, parking)

The layout does not need interior details but should clearly highlight the factory sheds, worker housing, and logistics areas. I have documents to assist in the design.
