I need a polished 2-dimensional site plan that I can drop straight into my marketing pack for potential buyers. The core objective is clarity: the drawing must spotlight the overall property layout so anyone skimming the brochure instantly understands what sits where and how the plots relate to one another.

Here’s the information I can supply on day one—current CAD files of the master plan, a rough legend of lot numbers, and our brand palette. Please deliver the final artwork as:
