Expert Architect for Detailed Floor Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced architect or draftsperson to develop a detailed and highly functional 2D floor plan for a new first-floor residential extension. I have some reference layouts that I will provide to establish the baseline spatial flow.
Below is the complete scope of work and layout criteria.
1. Site Dimensions & Structural Layout
• Total Footprint: 21’ (front/width) × 40’ (depth).
• Entryway: Access is via an external/lower staircase. The main entry door into the extension must be positioned on the right-side interior wall.
• Balcony: A continuous balcony must run along the entire 40’ length of the structure, parallel to the main living and sleeping areas.
2. Required Spaces & Flow
The layout must be open, breathable, and avoid any wasted corridor space. Please include the following specific zones:
• Living Area: A cozy, open-plan space situated near the entry.
• Pantry: A functional kitchenette/pantry seamlessly integrated with the living area.
• Bedroom: One spacious master bedroom positioned to ensure privacy from the main living zone.
• Dresser: A dedicated walk-in wardrobe/dressing area connecting the bedroom to the washroom.
• Washroom: One attached washroom accessible via the dresser.
• Balcony Access: Maximize cross-ventilation and natural light by utilizing large glass sliding doors to access the 40’ balcony from both the living area and the bedroom.

While this is a 2D layout, the design should reflect a "Modern Earthy / Luxury Suite" aesthetic, which will influence the structural lines and placements:
