Engineering Drawings & 3D Model for Biodegradable Stent

Job ID: 40137581

Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR

Hi, I need the urgent development of professional 2D engineering drawings (DXF/DWG) and a 3D model (STEP) for a biodegradable coronary stent for college project. I have attached a 3D STL file and reference images that are similar to my objective.

Please use the following precise dimensions for the final design:

1. Global Dimensions (2.50 mm Vessel):

Tube Outer Diameter (OD): 2.50 mm
Total Stent Length: 13.90 mm (6-Ring configuration)
Unrolled Pattern Width: 7.85 mm ( mm)
Wall Thickness (): 0.20 mm (To match the base cylinder)

2. Ring & Strut Geometry (See Image 5):

Strut Width (): 0.22 mm (Rings)
Crown Radius (): 0.25 mm (Inner radius at the "U" bend is critical to prevent stress concentration in the Zn-4Cu alloy)
Crown Amplitude (): 0.75 mm (Centerline to peak)
Total Ring Height (): 1.50 mm (Peak-to-Valley span)
Strut Centerline: Linear path between crown arcs

3. Connector/Link Geometry (See Image 3):

Link Type: Straight horizontal bridges
Link Length (): 0.98 mm (Longitudinal spacing between rings)
Link Width: 0.12 mm (Narrower than struts for flexibility)
Link Thickness: 0.20 mm (Uniform with the 0.20 mm wall thickness)
Topology: Peak-to-Valley (The rings are out-of-phase so that the peak of one ring aligns with the valley of the next)
Pitch (): 2.48 mm (Repeating unit: )

Required Deliverables:

2D drawings (DXF/DWG): Detailed unrolled flat pattern for laser cutting.
3D model (STEP): High-fidelity cylindrical model with all filleted edges ( mm radius).

I am using a Zn-4Cu alloy (Density: 7.14 g/cm³), so geometric accuracy at the hinges is vital.

Please confirm if you can deliver this early and provide a quote. Thanks!
