Engineered Wood Carport Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a full set of engineer-stamped drawings for a wooden pergola-style carport that will run down the side of my house. Its primary function is vehicle storage, so clear manoeuvring space and a solid roof structure are essential. The footprint is a custom size; I’ll provide my site measurements, setback limits and photos once we start so you can tailor the design precisely to the available strip of land.
Please include:
• Dimensioned plans, elevations and sections showing posts, beams, rafters and roof pitch
• Structural calculations and connection details suitable for council approval and a licensed builder’s use
• Footing layout with timber or steel post options, plus wind-load and snow-load considerations where required
• A concise materials schedule so I can price everything locally
