Elevation Plans for Remodel Permit

I need adequate floor plan including elevation plans for a 3-1 bungalow house in Dallas, Texas, and a garage for a remodel alteration building permit. I do not have any existing plans or blueprints, so the plans need to be created from scratch. I bought this house 20 years ago and found out that the garage was enclosed without a permit. I am trying to get suitable plans and permissions through the permitting process so that this house can be rented out. I already have a Contractor registration and residential permit request from the city of Dallas but need professional plans drawn up that will pass their scrutiny. Dallas currently has all online access throug a site called DallasNow. Someone familiar with this service would be of great help since I am not familiar with getting permits in Dallas TX.

Key Requirements:
- Separate elevation plans for the garage and house.
- Include material specifications, window and door placements for both the garage and house.
- Include roof design for the house.
- Provide a floor plan for both the house and garage separately.
- Ensure compliance with the City of Dallas Energy Code and provide an energy compliance path.
- Must pass codes for green energy if required.
- Utilize my general contractor registration (TL-GC-000776) and contract (Res-Alt-Add-25-000472).
