1. Project Overview

We are developing a luxury eco-resort in Kanha, India, using rammed earth walls and timber rafter roofs. The resort spans 15 acres, featuring:
• 20 villas (some clustered, some scattered)
• Central amenities: kitchen, restaurant, banquet hall
• Water body (~1 acre), 100 feet from the entrance
• Landscaped gardens and walking paths integrated with the jungle environment

Goal: Create 2D architectural plans for site layout, villas, and common structures, forming the basis for construction and future 3D visualization.

2. Scope of Work

A. Conceptual Design & Site Planning
• Optimize villa placement (clustered & scattered) while respecting terrain, trees, and water body
• Plan circulation, entrance, pathways, and parking
• Integrate natural features into the design

B. 2D Architectural Plans
• Site Plan: layout of villas, common structures, circulation, landscaping
• Floor Plans: villas, kitchen, restaurant, banquet hall
• Elevations & Sections: villas and main structures
• Optional: basic furniture layout for villas and banquet

C. Materials & Style
• Rammed earth walls, timber rafter roofs, natural stone finishes
• Eco-friendly, sustainable, and context-sensitive design
• Modern luxury blended with jungle aesthetics
