East-Facing 900ft2 Vastu Layout Plan

I have an 18.75 × 48 ft (about 900 sq ft) residential plot that opens only to the East; the South, North and West sides touch neighboring buildings. I want a complete ground-floor layout that respects core Vastu guidelines wherever they make sense, while still feeling modern and practical.

Key considerations
• Kitchen is my Vastu priority. I’m happy with either the south-east or north-west zone—whichever works best with the overall flow—but the final positioning must comply with Vastu logic.
• Inside the kitchen I’d like an L-shaped arrangement for counters and cabinets.
• The structural grid has to be strong enough for a future G + 2 build, so your column layout should reflect that from day one.

What I expect from you
1. A scaled 2D floor plan showing room sizes, wall thicknesses, column grid and staircase location.
2. Vastu rationale annotated on the drawing so I understand why each space sits where it does.
3. Suggestions for natural light and ventilation since only the East façade is open.
4. If possible, a simple 3D massing or isometric view that illustrates the circulation. AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp files are all fine.
