East-Facing 25x70 Home-Office Blueprint
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking a house plan for an east facing plot width = 25 ft & length= 70 ft plot with separate office and residential. So we have only 25 ft facing road side.
I have see that many people just posted AI generated images without reading the details.
So I request you to read the details carefully and design accordingly. so that I can ask for changes.
Ground Floor
* Small gardening space in front side as well back side.
* Separate entrance for office and house (1 BHK in ground floor)
* Spacious office with kitchen and common bathroom for office and Servent.
* Parking space for 2 cars and bike parking space for office if possible.
* Proper ventilation and space utilization (two side window in each bedroom)
First Floor
2BHK with Puja room, Half Open terrace (your experience would be highly appericiated for this)
Note: Please keep vastu and other terms in mind as you are the expert in this area.
