Dubai RTA Lane Closure Plans

I need 2D road-lane-closure drawings that fully comply with the latest Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) guidelines for temporary traffic diversion in Dubai. The objective is to present a clear, approvable Traffic Diversion Plan that shows motorists exactly how they will be guided through or around the work zone.

The drawings must accurately depict:
• Signage placement at every critical decision point
• Clearly marked detour routes with turning movements and lane merges
• Safety barriers and taper lengths in accordance with RTA standards

I will supply base survey files, typical cross-sections and the work-zone limits. Your task is to overlay the diversion layout, annotate it, and return clean CAD (DWG) and PDF sheets sized for A1 submission. All dimensions, legends and notes should follow RTA’s standard symbology so the plan can move straight to approval without revision.

Deliverables are considered complete when:
1. All requested elements are visible, legible and match RTA symbol/colour conventions.
2. Layers are organised and editable in AutoCAD.
3. A1 PDFs plot correctly at 1:500 scale and show the approval block.
