2D Drawings & Ceiling Layouts

I’ve completed the overall concept for a residential project and now need clear, professional 2-D documentation that can feed directly into the upcoming 3-D modeling phase. Specifically, I want scaled floor plans and coordinated false-ceiling layouts for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, all reflecting a clean modern style.

The scope is straightforward: translate my sketched dimensions and notes into polished CAD drawings, then overlay modern ceiling designs that integrate lighting points, bulkheads, and any service cut-outs. Accuracy is critical because these files will become the base reference for the 3-D visualizer, so layers, line weights, and naming conventions must stay organized.

Deliverables
• DWG and PDF sheets for each room, showing plan with dimensions, furniture blocks, and a dedicated false-ceiling sheet with levels and lighting symbols.
• A brief legend explaining symbols and materials so the 3-D artist can match finishes without guesswork.

I’ll supply existing sketches and room measurements once we start; you return the first draft for mark-ups, revise once, and issue the final package. If you work comfortably in AutoCAD or an equivalent CAD platform and have a good eye for modern ceiling detailing, let’s get this moving.
