Draftsperson required for residental plans Perth, WA
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We require a detailed draftsperson to prepare full working drawings for a compact, single-storey residential project (approx. 55–62 m²) in Northern Suburbs of Perth, WA. All drawings must comply with Australian and local building standards and be suitable for certification and building permit lodgement—including Surveyor CDC approval where required.
Comprehensive working drawings, including (but not limited to): site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, electrical layout, and other documentation necessary for a CDC application.
All plans must meet the City's building permit regulations and Australian construction codes.
preferably you would have examples of similar projects in Perth or Western Australia.
