Technical Requirements for Our Pool Designs
For the development of our swimming pool projects, we work with fixed and standardized designs.
To ensure accurate drafting and execution, each pool type follows clearly defined dimensions and construction principles.
The overview below specifies exactly what needs to be drawn, which dimensions apply, and how the pool structure is built.
This information forms the basis for all technical drawings, including floor plans and cross-sections.
Standard Pool Sizes
We work with the following standard dimensions:
4.0 × 2.5 meters
5.0 × 3.0 meters
6.0 × 3.0 meters
8.0 × 3.0 meters
10.0 × 4.0 meters
All pools feature:
A fixed water depth of 1.50 meters
The same structural design
An identical layout for bench and stairs
Construction & Structure
Floor Construction
Concrete base slab with a thickness of 20 cm
The slab extends 50 cm beyond the pool on all sides
The intermediate wall has a height of 1.10 meters
Distance Between Outer Wall and Intermediate Wall
60 cm for 4×2.5, 5×3 and 6×3 pools
70 cm for 8×3 pools
80 cm for 10×4 pools
Bench, Stairs & Roller Cover Space
Each pool includes a fixed bench along the full width of the short side
A narrow staircase is integrated into the bench
Access via the bench
Steps descend toward the pool floor
An open space is located beneath the bench
Intended for installation of a roller cover system

For each pool type, the following drawings must be provided:
1. Floor Plan
External dimensions
Internal dimensions
Bench and staircase layout
2. Section Drawing
Floor construction
Wall structure
Heights and depths
Bench and staircase
Space for roller cover
Extended concrete base slab
I have added two drawings, one simple drawing, and also 1 technical drawing. I need technical drawings with measures. But only layout and section drawing is needed.
