Draft Farm Shed Residential Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a detailed house plan for a residential component within a farm shed. This is for a secondary residence as part of a dual occupancy Development Application (DA).
Requirements:
# Please note that I have developed a draft floor plan of the area which can be tweaked and fine tuned.
# I also have a shed plan to assist with the process.
# The bedrooms, bathroom and walk in robe ceiling heights are to be 2.7m
# The ceiling in the kitchen and lounge area is to start at 2.7m from the kitchen wall and 4.0m at the northern wall of the lounge room (NB shed height at eave is 4.8m).
# Please include some form of eave at the top of the north facing windows to prevent direct sunlight entering the residence in summer but allowing sunlight to enter during winter.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural drafting
- Experience with residential layouts, especially in non-traditional structures like farm sheds
- Knowledge of local building regulations and DA requirements for a farm property in the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council.
