Draft 2D Architectural Plans

I have a full set of hand-drawn sketches for a small residential project and need them converted into clean, well-layered AutoCAD files. The final package must include accurate floor plans, elevations, and sections, all drawn to scale and ready for printing as both DWG and PDF.

You will receive scanned copies of the physical sketches along with key dimensions. My expectations are:

• Each drawing follows standard architectural conventions for line weights, hatching, and annotation.
• All rooms, openings, fixtures, and levels represented exactly as shown on the sketches—no missed details.
• Consistent, logical layer naming so future edits are easy.

I will review progress in two milestones: a first draft set for quick mark-ups, then a final corrected set. Deliver once everything is tidy, dimensioned, and plotted correctly at 1:100.

If you are comfortable turning rough sketches into precise CAD documents, this should be straightforward work.
