Double-Line Commercial Plumbing Drawings

I’m finalising the plumbing package for a commercial build and need clear, double-line shop drawings that show every run of pipe, fitting and transition exactly as they will be installed. The emphasis is on accurate pipe layout and routing—diameters, elevations, and coordination with structural elements must be unmistakable—so our onsite crew can prefab and set hangers without surprises.

All work has to comply with current local building codes; please annotate any code-driven requirements directly on the drawings so the reviewer sees them at a glance. I’ll supply the architectural and structural backgrounds in DWG; you return coordinated CAD files (and matching PDFs) ready for immediate submittal. If you already use tools like AutoCAD MEP, Revit, or similar, let me know—model-based coordination is a plus but 2D is acceptable provided clarity is maintained.

Turnaround and file organisation matter: layer naming, line weights, and sheet indexing should follow standard trade conventions so the GC can fold the set straight into their master package.
