25m² Double-Height Loft Design
Budget: $25 – $75 USD
Project Overview:
I am looking for a talented and fast-paced architect or interior designer to design a highly optimized, double-height loft in a very limited space of 25 square meters (5x5m). The goal is to create a functional, spacious-feeling home that maximizes natural light despite strict site constraints.
Mandatory Layout Requirements:
The 5x5m (maybe 5*6) space must perfectly integrate the following elements:
Living room area.
Kitchenette.
Private full bathroom (Ground floor).
Bedroom + closet located on a mezzanine (losa de entrepiso).
L-shaped stairs connecting the ground floor to the mezzanine.
Site Constraints & Lighting:
The lot is completely enclosed by blind walls on both sides and the back (zero lot line/neighboring properties).
Due to this privacy restriction, all natural light must come exclusively from the front facade (e.g., a double-height glass wall) and/or from the roof (zenithal lighting/skylights).
Maximum height allowed: 7 meters.
Design Style:
I am looking for an aesthetic that is smart, functional, and visually appealing. I am open to your creative proposals (e.g., Industrial, Zen, or Minimalist), as long as it focuses on a smart use of space and a cohesive look.
Required Deliverables:
2D Architectural floor plans (Ground floor and Mezzanine) with exact dimensions.
3D Render of the proposed front facade.
3D Renders of the interior spaces showing all the required areas clearly.
Timeline:
Strict Deadline: The complete project must be delivered within a maximum of 4 days from the award date. Please do not bid if you cannot meet this timeframe.
Please include in your proposal examples of previous work you have done with small/micro-living spaces, lofts, or tiny houses, and confirm that you can meet the 4-day deadline.
