Dormitory CAD Plans Completion

A compact dormitory floor plan is already sketched, dimensioned, and about 40 % modeled in AutoCAD; now it needs to be driven to full construction-ready documentation. I will forward the DWG, a PDF with all measurements, and a folder of reference images from classmates so you can gauge the presentation standard I’m aiming for—use them only as style cues, since the layout and areas differ.

Scope of work
• Finalise the overall AutoCAD floor plan, tidying line weights, annotations, doors, windows, and furniture blocks so everything plots cleanly at 1 : 50.
• Produce a reflected ceiling plan that shows lighting fixtures, HVAC grilles (if required), ceiling heights, and key notes.
• Draft dedicated sheets for sanitation / plumbing and for electrical, each on its own layer set with legends, circuit runs, pipe diameters, and fitting tags.
• Generate two building sections (positions will be marked in the base file) with floor-to-ceiling dimensions, structural members, finishes, and elevation call-outs.

File organisation must remain layer-based and metric; model space only—no paperspace sheets are necessary. Please keep all new elements parametric or block-based where appropriate so I can adjust easily if the university tutor asks for tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
1. DWG opens error-free in AutoCAD 2020.
2. All drawings plot to A1 at 1 : 50 with legible text (2.5 mm cap height).
3. RCP, plumbing, and electrical each read independently without referencing other sheets.
4. Sections align perfectly with the plan and include floor build-up and ceiling detail lines.

Send the updated DWG plus one combined PDF set when finished. I’ll be on standby for quick feedback during the process and can supply any missing dimensions you need.
