I need detailed drawings to obtain an Environmental Act permit for a modern-style dormer window.
Requirements:
- Situation Plan: Location of the dormer, property line, and nearby buildings.
- Floor Plans: Layout before and after dormer installation with room dimensions and functions.
- Elevation Drawings: Front, rear, and side views of the house with the dormer.
- Sections: Vertical cross-sections showing construction of floors, walls, and roof, including the dormer.
Specifications:

- Original construction drawings available in PDF.
Final drawings should be provided in both PDF and DWG formats, and must be technical and precise.
