Digitize House Plan

I have professionally drawn house plan. I added six feet to the length to enlarge a bedroom and rearrange the pantry and laundry room. I also added two more garage stalls. One for parking and one for a shop. I need my modifications converted into a clean digital floor plan. The final product should be in PDF format.

Requirements:
- Convert hand-drawn plans to digital
- Provide in PDF format

This is not for a permit-ready architectural plan. It is a concept plan for planning, budgeting, and visualization purposes.
