Detailed Site & Floor Plans

I need two drawing sheets prepared to secure a Certificate of Occupancy for a small commercial property. All work must satisfy local building and fire-safety codes, so accuracy and code literacy are essential.

– Site Plan Detail Sheet
• Show property lines with precise dimensions, adjacent streets and alleys.
• Locate all existing structures, outlining wall lines and overall sizes.
• Plot the parking lot with exact dimensions, individual stall count and stall sizes.

– Floor Plan Detail Sheet
• Depict the full building footprint, room layout and intended room use.
• Dimension every wall, note window and door locations, sizes and door swings.
• Call out ceiling, floor and wall finishes.
• Add emergency lighting locations and a clear egress path.

Please produce clean, permit-ready drawings in CAD (DWG or compatible) plus a printable PDF set. If you have recent experience preparing occupancy packages for commercial projects, I’d like to hear how quickly you can turn this around and what information you still need from me (measurements, photos, prior plans, etc.).
