I need a full, clean set of AutoCAD drawings for a new residential project. The sketches and room dimensions are ready; what I’m missing are professionally drafted files that I can send straight to consultants and the permitting office.
Scope of work
• Floor plans for every level
• All exterior elevations
• Key building sections for clarity
No specific code package is required, so you’re free to use your preferred layer, line-weight, and annotation standards as long as the drawings read clearly. Please draft natively in AutoCAD (DWG 2018 or earlier) and include plotted PDFs when you deliver.
Accuracy in dimensions, consistent layering, and well-organized sheets will be the criteria I use to sign off the set. First draft in about a week would keep the project on schedule, with room for one quick round of mark-ups before final submission.
