Detailed 2D-3D Interior Models

I have a full set of measurements and mood-board references ready and now need someone who can translate them into accurate 2D drawings and polished 3D visuals. The scope covers three spaces—living room, kitchen and bedroom—so I’ll be looking for consistent style and geometry across each area.

AutoCAD will be the base tool for clean, dimensioned floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and elevations. From there, I’d like you to carry the project into SketchUp, building true-to-scale models and exporting high-quality, textured renders that clearly show materials, furniture placement and lighting concepts.

To keep things clear, here’s what I consider a complete delivery:
• AutoCAD .dwg files for every room, fully annotated and layered.
• Corresponding SketchUp (.skp) models.
• Four still renders per room (eye-level and bird’s-eye angles).
• One master layout board in PDF combining plans, key views and basic material labels.

Please include a short note on your typical turnaround time for revisions, and any sample work that uses both AutoCAD and SketchUp so I can gauge compatibility with my workflow. I’m ready to kick off as soon as I review the right portfolio.
