I need a clean, fully-annotated 2D floor plan created in AutoCAD (or equivalent DWG-compatible software). The drawing must clearly label every room dimension and integrate a thoughtful furniture layout so I can evaluate both circulation and spatial efficiency before committing to construction.
My preferred file hand-off is the editable DWG along with a print-ready PDF. Please base the sheet on standard architectural scales and keep layer naming tidy; this makes later revisions painless for everyone involved.
