Detailed DXF Drawings for Manufacturing
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have several 2-D sketches that must become production-ready DXF files. The shop will load these files directly, so accuracy is critical. Every drawing needs:
• Clean, precise geometry traced from the sketch
• Full dimensional call-outs, tolerances, and notes—no missing annotations
• Logical layers that separate cut, engrave, and reference lines
• 1 : 1 scale in metric, compatible with AutoCAD/Fusion 360/SolidWorks import
Please include a PDF proof for each DXF so I can review the annotations before sign-off. If anything in a sketch is unclear, flag it and I’ll clarify—it’s better to ask than assume. A round of minor tweaks is part of the job to ensure the files drop straight into CAM without redrawing.
Deliverables
1. One fully annotated DXF per sketch (currently eight sketches)
2. Matching PDF printouts for approval
3. Brief change log noting any interpretations or corrections
Experience with manufacturing drafting standards and laser-cut sheet-metal workflows is a plus. Target turnaround: three business days, but let me know if you need more time.
