Detailed Convenience Store Floor Plan Blueprints
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The project is a 2,400-square-foot convenience store with fuel service. I already have the core concept and building parameters; what I need from you is a single, highly detailed floor plan that captures both the structural requirements and the full interior layout.
Building parameters to incorporate
• Single-slope storefront with open rafters (9 ft to the bottom of rafters on the back wall), spray-foam insulation, and all exposed steel/rafters painted black.
• Free-span interior—no load-bearing walls.
• Concrete slab and footings; 2 × 6 framing.
• Metal roof and siding, plus a 42-inch brick wainscot along the front façade and brick corner columns up to the eaves.
• Double front glass doors with picture windows running the full width above the brick and extending 8 ft down each sidewall.
Interior programme
Back wall: continuous walk-in coolers and freezers.
Left wall: sales register counter and compact kitchen/food-prep zone.
Right wall: six individual restrooms and a utility/mechanical room.
Level of detail required
The floor plan must be fully dimensioned and include interior design elements: precise furniture and fixture arrangement, shelving runs, counters, cooler banks, kitchen equipment, restroom partitions, and any ADA clearances. No electrical or plumbing sheets are needed at this stage, but please leave space for future overlays.
Deliverables (PDF + source file: DWG, Revit, or SketchUp preferred)
1. Scaled floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, and structural grid.
2. Dedicated layer or keyed legend for all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
3. Elevation call-outs and ceiling height notes that reflect the open-rafter concept.
