Detailed 2D/3D CAD Models for Visualization

I am looking for a skilled CAD designer to create both 2D and 3D models with high detail and textures for visualization purposes. These models should be visually compelling and accurately represent the intended design.

Key Requirements:
- Develop both 2D and 3D CAD models
- Ensure high detail with realistic textures
- Focus on creating models suitable for visualization
- Deliver models that are visually accurate and detailed
- The area is of 2600 Sft
- We will be providing the 5 colour codes ; 1 is Main colour and rest 4 are lite shades

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software for both 2D and 3D modeling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create realistic textures
- Experience in producing models for visualization purposes
- Good communication skills to understand and implement specific design requirements
