Detailed AutoCAD Infrastructure Plan

I have an existing PDF set and a few hand-drawn sketches for a small public-infrastructure component. I need them converted into a single AutoCAD file with uniform, accurate scaling throughout.

Scope
• Translate every line from the PDF and sketches into clean AutoCAD geometry.
• Produce floor plans and plumbing layouts only; no electrical work is required.
• Add clear dimensions, layer naming, and concise annotations so the file can be handed straight to contractors or reviewers.

Key points
– Maintain one consistent scale across all sheets.
– Preserve the original layout proportions; do not “eyeball” or re-interpret dimensions.
– Deliver an editable DWG that opens in AutoCAD 2018 or newer.

I’ll supply the PDF, sketches, and any missing measurements right after kick-off. You return the DWG plus a plotted PDF for quick preview.
