AutoCAD Drafter with Basic SketchUp Skills

About Us:
Quad Plus Architects is looking for a genuine, detail-oriented AutoCAD drafter to create 2D residential floor plans. Basic SketchUp 3D modeling skills are a plus but optional. This is a long-term opportunity for consistent work and growth.

Scope & Work:

Draft clean and accurate 2D floor plans (DWG format) using AutoCAD

Translate measurements and sketches into technical drawings

Provide basic SketchUp 3D models (optional)

Deliver concepts/projects for up to 3 different clients per day

Complete revisions within 2 working days

Pricing & Payment Terms:
Per Project (Flat Rate)

Projects with up to G+1 (Ground + 1 floor): ₹300 per complete floor plan set — all floors included.

Projects with G+2 or more floors: ₹500 per project.

Examples:

Project A (G+1): ₹300

Project B (Ground floor only): ₹300

Project C (G+2): ₹500

2D + Basic SketchUp 3D support (optional): ₹500 per project

Payment Options (Choose what works best):
Option 1: Full payment after initial delivery (before revisions)
Option 2: 50% advance, 50% after first floor plan delivery
Option 3: Advance payment based on mutual agreement

Once you are familiar with our design standards and deliver quality consistently, we may offer 60%–90% advance on future tasks.
