Desk & Study Shop Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am ready to move from concept to production and need a set of professional shop drawings for a custom desk and adjoining study area. All critical measurements are already confirmed, so you will receive a clear dimensioned sketch along with photos of the space. Your task is to turn this information into fabrication-ready drawings that a joinery shop or contractor can follow without second-guessing.
The drawings should include plan, elevation, and section views, complete with dimension strings, tolerances, and construction notes. Call-outs for materials, edge details, and hardware locations are also essential; if anything is missing in my brief, flag it and I’ll supply the details promptly. I’d like the final package in both PDF for easy sharing and DWG (or similar) so my fabricator can make adjustments if needed.
Accuracy and clarity are the priority—if you see an opportunity to streamline a joint or strengthen a panel, let me know in the markup. Turnaround within a week would keep the project on schedule, but tell me if you need a bit more time to maintain quality.
