Design Compact Studio / PG Floor Plan for Narrow Build Area (10 ft × 40 ft)

Description:
I am looking for an architect or civil designer to create an optimized floor plan for a narrow construction area intended for student rental (PG / studio rooms).

Project Details:

Actual plot size: 20 ft × 50 ft
Allowed construction area (after leaving 5 ft on all sides): approx. 10 ft (width) × 40 ft (depth)
Purpose: Rental for college students (PG / studio setup)
Building type: G+2 (same layout repeated on each floor)

Requirements:

Design 2 compact rooms per floor OR an optimized studio layout
Each room should accommodate 2–3 students
Include:
Bed placement (bunk + single)
Study table space
Storage suggestions
Common or attached bathroom layout (space efficient)
Staircase placement (preferably space-saving)
Proper ventilation (windows on all possible sides)
Optional small pantry/kitchen space

Deliverables:

2D floor plan with exact dimensions (in feet)
Furniture layout (beds, tables, storage)
Optional: 3D view (bonus)
PDF + editable format (AutoCAD / SketchUp preferred)

Constraints:

Very narrow usable width (10 ft), so space optimization is critical
Design must be practical and cost-efficient for construction
Should be suitable for residential rental (avoid hostel classification)

Budget:

Open to proposals (₹2,000 – ₹8,000 depending on experience)
