Delhi NCR 2D/3D Residential Drafting

I have a residential project under way and need precise 2D drawings backed by a clean 3D model so the design can move straight on to approvals and construction. Because the site is in Delhi NCR, I need someone who is already based here and comfortable with local bylaws and common construction practices.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Floor plans – fully dimensioned, properly layered, ready for municipal submission
• Elevations – front, rear and side views with material notations
• Sections – at least two building sections highlighting key heights and structural elements

I’ll share my hand-sketches, reference images and any previous CAD files the moment we start. All 2D work should come back in DWG and PDF; the 3D model can be prepared in SketchUp, Revit or another mainstream tool you’re comfortable with, as long as the geometry is clean and matches the 2D output.

Timing is fairly tight, so please confirm your earliest availability and roughly how many days you’d need to turn around the first draft. If you have examples of similar residential drafting done for Delhi NCR projects, that will help me lock this in quickly.
