DXF Cleanup & Scaling Fix

Job ID: 39716963

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I’ve rebuilt the drawing, yet the fabrication shop still reports unit flips (mm ↔ in), an off-screen start point, and possible size drift. The current DXF and a note listing the exact W × H for every part are attached.

Here’s what I need, all done in AutoCAD:

• Lock the file to millimetres, 1:1
• Keep the existing layer structure intact (names, order, visibility)
• Centre all geometry close to 0,0; a Zoom-Extents should show everything neatly onscreen
• Remove strays, duplicates, or orphan points
• Weld each cut path into a single closed LWPOLYLINE
• Check against the provided dimensions and rescale if anything is off
• Export as DXF R14 with LWPOLYLINE enabled
• Produce a matching vector PDF
• Supply the final overall width × height in millimetres and a quick Zoom-Extents screenshot

No extra re-layering or colour work is necessary—just a tight, shop-ready file. Let me know your turnaround time and I’ll award the project.
