2D DWG to 3D Model Conversion

We are the manufacturer of a line of packaging machines. We have around 1200 2D DWG drawings of individual parts (machined and sheet metal) we would like convert to 3D. We would then like to submit those drawings to a service that will produce cost estimates with routings. The ultimate goal is to import those routings into the new MRP system we are implementing. The routings are the only thing left to implement and we have none. Having all the 3D drawing will just be a bonus. Can you help with any of that?
