I’m ready to lay out a new residential single-family home and need a clear, professionally drafted floor plan. The must-have spaces are straightforward: one bedroom with attached bathroom, a dedicated office room, play area and a separate prayer room. Everything elsecan follow your best judgment so the layout flows naturally and makes efficient use of the footprint.
What I expect from you is a scaled, dimensioned plan I can hand straight to my local architect for permitting. A PDF for quick review and an editable CAD file (DWG, DXF, Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp) for future tweaks will cover the deliverables. If you prefer another mainstream drafting platform, just let me know.
As soon as we start, I’ll share plot dimensions, setback requirements and any local code notes you need so your design is accurate from the first draft. A one-week turnaround would be ideal, though I’m flexible if you explain what’s realistic.
